Description

You will participate in the development and maintenance of mobile applications used by a broad set of users. The role focuses on business-system analysis, requirement documentation, collaboration with product teams, and support for the software delivery process from defining requirements through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business-system analyses for iOS and Android mobile applications

• Collect, analyze, clarify, and document business and system requirements

• Prepare analytical documentation and mobile app screen documentation

• Translate business needs into requirements for development, QA, UX/UI, and backend teams

• Analyze system integrations and work with API documentation (REST and SOAP)

• Model business processes, flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams

• Support development and testing teams at all stages of delivery

• Analyze the impact of changes on mobile implementation, tests, analytics, and application maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst on projects related to mobile applications

• Experience with native iOS and Android mobile applications

• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Experience preparing mobile app screen documentation

• Practical knowledge of API documentation and REST and SOAP integrations

• Experience modeling processes and creating flow and sequence diagrams

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket

• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum

• Practical knowledge of tools for log analysis and troubleshooting (e.g., Kibana)

• Knowledge of Firebase (or other BaaS platforms)

• Ability to define and analyze analytics events in mobile apps, including GA4

• Basic knowledge of UX/UI and principles for user-friendly mobile solutions

• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams and analyzing work prepared in Figma

• Strong communication skills and experience working with various stakeholders

• Ability to independently lead analysis from business need identification through implementation support
