Description

We’re looking for a System Analyst to support mobile application projects by translating business needs into technical requirements for development teams. You will produce analytical documentation for development and testing, including mobile screen and API integration documentation, and model processes with flow and sequence diagrams. You’ll also support troubleshooting and analytics, working in an Agile/Scrum environment with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Kibana, and GA4.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business and system analysis for mobile applications
• Create analytical documentation to support development and testing
• Translate business needs into requirements for development, QA, UX/UI, and backend teams
• Prepare documentation for mobile application screens and API integrations
• Model processes, flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams
• Use Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket for project management
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Analyze logs and diagnose errors using Kibana
• Define and analyze analytical events in mobile applications, including GA4
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams and analyze projects in Figma

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in mobile application projects
• Experience with mobile projects (preferably native iOS and Android)
• Ability to gather, analyze, clarify, and document business and system requirements
• Experience preparing documentation for mobile application screens
• Experience with API documentation and system integration analysis (REST and SOAP)
• Familiarity with process modeling, flow diagrams, and sequence diagrams
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Practical experience with log analysis and error diagnosis tools
• Understanding of Firebase and its use in mobile development
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders
• Fluent Polish
• Residency in Poland

• Experience in the financial, insurance, or banking sector
• Familiarity with investment products, policies, or self-service offerings
• Experience analyzing production deployments, incidents, and user behavior after release
