Description

You will analyze business needs for digital products and translate them into functional, system, and integration requirements. You will model business processes and data flows, prepare User Stories and acceptance criteria, and analyze integrations (e.g., REST API and Kafka) including API contracts, messages, and edge cases. You will document consistently using Domain Design and the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) approach and collaborate with business and technical teams in Scrum, including support for production bug and integration issue analysis.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional, system, and integration requirements

• Model business processes, data flows, and usage/integration scenarios; write User Stories and acceptance criteria

• Analyze system integrations, API contracts, messages, and exceptional scenarios

• Analyze business logic related to reservations, availability, user accounts, and permissions

• Create analytical documentation aligned with Domain Design and SSOT; clarify dependencies and system responsibilities

• Work with business and technical teams in Scrum; support production incident and integration issue analysis

Requirements

• Experience in business/system analysis for digital products and ability to independently prepare requirements for developers

• Knowledge of REST API, JSON, HTTP, and basics of authentication/authorization (e.g., OAuth2)

• Understanding of distributed system architecture and synchronous/asynchronous communication

• Ability to model business processes, data flows, and integration scenarios

• Knowledge of Domain Design and SSOT and ability to produce consistent documentation covering business logic and system responsibilities

• Ability to analyze technical documentation, API contracts, and application logs

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), and Agile/Scrum

• Independence, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills with developer teams
