Description

You will perform business and systems analysis across native mobile application development for iOS and Android, from identifying business needs to supporting implementation. You will gather, clarify, and document business and system requirements (including app screen documentation), translate them for mobile, backend, QA, and UX/UI teams, and support delivery throughout changes. You will also analyze REST/SOAP API documentation and integrations, model processes/flows/sequence diagrams, collaborate with UX/UI using Figma, and define GA4 analytics events with log-based troubleshooting support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business-system analysis for native iOS and Android mobile development (from business need identification to implementation support)

• Collect, refine, and document business and system requirements, including app screen documentation

• Translate business needs into requirements for mobile, backend, QA, and UX/UI teams; support each stage of change delivery

• Analyze API documentation and integrations (REST, SOAP) and model processes, flows, and sequence diagrams

• Collaborate with UX/UI and analyze mockups in Figma

• Define GA4 analytics events, analyze logs, and support error diagnosis

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst on native mobile (iOS and Android) projects

• Experience gathering and documenting requirements (including app screen documentation) and evaluating their impact on implementation, tests, analytics, and maintenance

• Experience working with REST/SOAP API documentation and integration modeling using process/flow/sequence diagrams

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Kibana, Firebase, GA4, and Figma

• Basic knowledge of UX/UI and mobile flow design principles

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• Very strong communication skills and independence in leading analysis
