Description

You will analyze business needs, design processes, and prepare functional and technical documentation for a banking IT project. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and testers, with active participation throughout the software delivery process. You will also perform feasibility analysis, elicit and model requirements, and ensure documentation quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility analyses for IT projects and proposed solutions

• Elicit, analyze, and agree business requirements; recommend solutions considering business and technical aspects

• Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirements specifications

• Model and optimize business processes using UML and BPMN

• Design use cases, sequence diagrams, and process models

• Prepare technical specifications and IT solution documentation

• Collaborate with development and testing teams; verify implementation compliance with requirements and documentation

• Ensure the quality, completeness, and consistency of analytical documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Experience in banking, finance, or related domains

• Relevant higher education (IT, mathematics, economics, or related)

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Experience eliciting, analyzing, structuring, and modeling business and system requirements

• Strong understanding of technical topics (APIs, databases, IT system architecture)

• Experience with business process modeling, use case design, and prototyping

• Ability to produce functional and technical documentation

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Strong MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

• English knowledge enabling free communication in speech and writing
