Description

Business Analyst for a strategic transformation program covering claims and benefits operations, including automation, data usage, AI, and workflow solutions. You will analyze and model business processes, define and document business and system requirements, manage User Stories and backlog, and assess change impact on processes, systems, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model business processes

• Identify optimization and automation opportunities

• Define and document business and system requirements

• Create User Stories and manage the backlog

• Analyze impact of changes on processes, systems, and integrations

• Lead analytical workshops and collaborate with stakeholders

• Prepare project documentation and participate in testing and acceptance

• Analyze AI and automation opportunities

• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams

• Develop business analysis standards and mentor analysts

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis or requirements management

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transformation projects at the business–IT interface

• Very good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or similar notations

• Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog work, and User Stories

• Experience facilitating workshops and aligning requirements

• Knowledge of IT change lifecycle and integration topics

• Experience in business testing and implementations

• Knowledge of claims handling processes or the insurance sector

• Knowledge of AI and process automation

• English at least B2

• Willingness/ability to work hybrid in Warsaw (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
