Description

Support the ORG-IT project by contributing to the design and documentation of the ORG-IT setup across all areas. Provide domain guidance on ORG-IT process and architecture questions, and serve as an interface between stakeholders. Bring experience in incident management, IKT, and ORG-IT architecture and help unify existing Sparkassen-specific ORG-IT solutions into a common target vision.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and document the ORG-IT setup across all areas

• Provide expert guidance on processes and architecture questions within ORG-IT

• Act as an interface between stakeholders (Sparkassen, internal business units, project management)

• Prepare for and actively participate in project and coordination meetings

• Contribute experience in incident management, IKT, and ORG-IT architecture

• Support standardization of existing Sparkassen-specific ORG-IT solutions into a unified target state

Requirements

• Very strong understanding of how ORG-IT must function organizationally and operationally in Sparkassen

• Practical experience in incident management within ORG-IT

• Knowledge of IT architecture and its integration into the ORG-IT structure

• Understanding of IKT requirements and standards in the Sparkassen environment

• Experience in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing ORG-IT processes

• Ability to mediate between different internal and external stakeholders
