Description

Business Analyst (IT) responsible for collecting, documenting, and managing requirements for selected software projects and modeling new system functions (User Stories, BPMN, UML). You will optimize and further develop internal specialist and standard applications, analyze business processes with specialist departments, and support testing, acceptance, and documentation. The role includes preparing and conducting workshops and end-user training, and contributing to IT projects/virtual teams while supporting administrators with application support.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage requirements for selected software projects
• Model new system functionality using User Stories, BPMN, and UML
• Steer, manage, and track internal specialist and standard application optimization and further development
• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes with specialist departments
• Test specialist applications and support acceptance activities
• Create documentation, guidelines, and training concepts
• Prepare and conduct workshops and user training to support software rollout
• Work in projects and virtual IT teams; assist administrators with application support

Requirements

• Completed degree (FH/BA) in Business Informatics, Administrative Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant experience focused on requirements, product, or process management
• Broad IT understanding (application development, databases, operating systems) and confident use of common software products
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident manner when aligning different expectations or competing requirements
