Description

You will support a strategic long-term program for modern electronic banking services for corporate customers, aiming to deliver a secure, intuitive, scalable platform. Your work includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating system concepts and technical specifications (architecture, interfaces, and processes), and ensuring that implementation stays aligned with the delivered documentation. You will collaborate with developers and testers during the build phase.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project feasibility analysis

• Elicit, align, and analyze business requirements and recommend solutions from both business and technology perspectives

• Develop concepts and specifications for information systems, including architecture, interfaces, and processes

• Prepare technical specifications for IT solutions

• Work with developers and testers and ensure implementation compliance with documentation

Requirements

• Experience working as an IT Business Analyst

• Experience in the banking sector

• Completed bachelor’s or engineering degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related)

• Knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Knowledge of requirements elicitation, structuring, and modeling methodologies

• Experience in business modeling using use-case and prototyping techniques

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect

• Knowledge of SQL

• Communicative English in speech and writing
