Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements while partnering with stakeholders across business and technology. The role includes planning and facilitating workshops and testing sessions, developing scenarios to validate system recovery procedures, coordinating testing activities, and reporting outcomes and follow-up actions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements

• Cooperate with business and technology stakeholders

• Plan and facilitate workshops and testing sessions

• Develop scenarios to validate system recovery procedures

• Coordinate testing activities and involved teams

• Document test results, identified gaps, observations, and recommendations

• Track follow-up actions resulting from testing activities

• Provide clear status updates and reporting to key stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including hands-on experience as an IT Analyst, System Analyst, or Business Analyst

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation

• Proven ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders

• Experience independently facilitating workshops and meetings

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to structure complex information and formulate clear conclusions and recommendations

• Very good command of English and confidence working in an international environment
