Description

You will become an expert in the product and apply your product knowledge along with your insurance-industry expertise to projects.

You will drive requirements elicitation, concept creation, and solution design for business-critical software systems, ensuring successful customer collaboration from project start to completion as the first point of contact.

You will implement requirements configuratively using low-code approaches and contribute innovations to evolve the product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Integrate product and insurance domain knowledge into delivery projects

• Perform requirements elicitation, concept development, and solution design for mission-critical systems

• Own project solutions and create customer value

• Serve as the customer’s first point of contact from kickoff to project completion

• Implement requirements through configuration and low-code

• Collaborate in cross-functional, agile teams with colleagues and customers

• Drive product portfolio development through innovation

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst for insurance clients

• Passion for modern software solutions

• Strong conceptual and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English

• Initiative, creativity, accountability, and teamwork
