Description

You will deliver an exceptional customer experience for all visitors and shop guests, while achieving assigned monthly sales goals. You’ll follow business strategy and action plans from the Shop MOD, ensuring timely and accurate completion of operational tasks. The role also requires brand-standard merchandising, strong housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Service: Meet monthly sales goals; ensure a great customer experience; maintain knowledge of club/shop services, programs, and products.
• Operational Excellence: Follow loss prevention and inventory management policies; understand training and communications; support Shop MOD with operational tasks.
• Product & Presentation: Help keep the shop aligned with brand standards through merchandising/marketing execution and dress code adherence; maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor, cash wraps, and stockrooms.
• Professional Dimension: Build relationships with team members and clients; stay informed on broader department standards to support team spirit; enforce company policies and initiatives; communicate clearly and diplomatically.

Requirements

• Ability to take direction
• Customer service experience (preferably retail)
• Hardworking, diligent, and with honesty/personal integrity
• Excellent time management, organization, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas
• Availability to work a varied schedule
• Legal right to work in the United States
