Description

The Style Advisor delivers an exceptional customer experience for visitors and supports shop operations under the direction of the Shop MOD. The role combines sales achievement with operational accuracy and compliance, while helping ensure the shop reflects company brand standards. It also includes support for merchandising, marketing direction, and maintaining high standards of presentation and organization.

Responsibilities

Sales & Service

• Achieve assigned monthly sales goals
• Provide an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors
• Maintain knowledge of club and shop services, programs, and products

Operational Excellence

• Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies
• Review and understand communication and training materials; support timely and accurate completion of operational tasks

Product & Presentation

• Assist with merchandising and marketing direction aligned to brand standards
• Adhere to and support the shop dress code
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and organization across sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms

Professional Dimension

• Build effective relationships with employees, colleagues, supervisors, and clients
• Maintain awareness of happenings and general standards across other departments to support team spirit
• Comply with and help enforce company policies and procedures; support company initiatives
• Communicate clearly and effectively with tact and diplomacy

Requirements

• Ability to take direction
• Customer service experience in a business setting; preferably retail
• Hardworking and diligent with honesty and personal integrity
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to use new techniques and ideas
• Availability to work a varied schedule based on retail business needs
• Legal right to work in the United States
