Description

Drive net-new and expansion sales of CRM and AI-powered workflow solutions to mission-driven federal civilian organizations. Lead a territory strategy, run consultative discovery activities (executive briefings, discovery workshops, and use case pilots), and partner with account teams, systems integrators, and resellers to close opportunities that improve program efficiency and the citizen experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales organizations
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
• Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-level relationships
• Track record of high quota attainment and hitting annual sales targets
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (e.g., AI-powered tools, workflow automation, analyzing AI-driven insights)
• Customer-success focus in a “win as a team” environment
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
