Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to strategic enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees), build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers, and help customers realize lasting value from their Salesforce investments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers across assigned accounts.
• Develop and drive long-term account strategy aligned to customer business objectives; coordinate internal Salesforce resources.
• Perform account planning with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Share the Salesforce value proposition to drive growth within existing accounts and generate new business via warm leads and prospecting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 5 years in enterprise sales.
• Demonstrated experience managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
• Ability to strategize and collaborate with a large, extended internal team.

Compensation

Typical base salary range: $123,200–$247,800 annually (location-dependent; certain locations listed with different ranges). Base salary only; sales roles may be eligible for additional incentive, equity, and benefits as applicable.
