Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical full stack software in complex, high-security operational environments. Partner with customers and end-users to translate requirements into software features, lead cross-functional engineering teams, and ensure product quality, reliability, and performance. Deploy, field test, and triage at secure integration sites with travel averaging up to one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve MVPs from use cases into cohesive mission applications

• Develop high-performance, visually appealing frontend features for complex use cases under heavy load

• Lead system integration across independent capabilities into existing solutions

• Collaborate with military/Government operators using product discovery practices

• Deploy, test, and triage software at customer integration sites in secure environments

Benefits

• Full-time salary range: $175,000 - $240,000
