Description

You will build and scale a creator–brand matchmaking platform by delivering web services and owning features from idea through delivery. You’ll contribute to continuous delivery, code quality, and engineering process improvements while designing a high-quality matching engine. The role also requires operating ML-driven matching components in production with monitoring and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Execute the engineering technical roadmap
• Ship incremental improvements via continuous delivery
• Lead and participate in code reviews across architecture, performance, and security
• Maintain engineering guidelines, code style, and continuous delivery processes
• Periodically lead end-to-end product development (design, development, deployment, maintenance)
• Design and build the matching engine that pairs creators with brand campaigns
• Communicate plans, progress, blockers, and milestone updates to leadership
• Investigate incidents and differentiate performance bottlenecks (memory, I/O, CPU)
• Onboard and train team members as needed
• Identify and roll out internal tools to improve engineering team productivity

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS environments
• Strong modern JavaScript expertise: React, Redux, Node, Express
• Deep front-end architecture and component-driven development with strong state management
• Experience building scalable, high-throughput REST APIs
• Proven CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
• Hands-on AWS experience (RDS, S3, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk)
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and modern web application patterns
• Ability to operate ML-driven features in production, including vector similarity search and model monitoring
• Experience with multi-stage matching/recommendation pipelines (generation, filtering, re-ranking) and feedback loops
• Ability to diagnose performance bottlenecks (memory, I/O, CPU)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
