Description

You will deliver vertical product value by designing, implementing, and deploying features end-to-end—writing code across the user interface, API endpoints, and database models. You’ll review teammates’ full-stack pull requests, add automated unit and integration tests, and collaborate through pairing and “swarming” to clear blockers. The role follows a T-shaped engineering philosophy with deep expertise in an anchor area and technical curiosity across the rest of the stack.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design, implementation, and deployment of features end-to-end
• Solve complex problems across UI, backend, and database layers
• Perform full-context full-stack code reviews for readability and maintainability
• Add automated unit and integration tests as part of the development loop
• Contribute reusable components or helpers to shared development frameworks
• Participate in daily team huddles, pair-program, and swarm to resolve challenges
• Participate in cross-functional architecture guilds to shape standards

Requirements

• At least 1 year of software engineering experience with a recognized anchor specialty
• Comfort with frontend work, API endpoint development, and relational database schema changes
• Strong understanding of continuous delivery; ship value in small, frequent, stable increments
• Technical humility with enthusiasm for peer mentoring and pairing
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a DoD Security clearance up to TS/SCI
