Description

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll design, code, and ship features across the full stack to scale a collaborative, real-time platform. You’ll own complex systems such as multiplayer, asset pipelines, and execution flows, while improving performance, reliability, and developer experience. The role also involves shaping abstractions and helping define future AI-native UI/UX patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship key features across the stack with the founding team

• Own complex systems including multiplayer, asset pipelines, or execution flows

• Architect clean, scalable abstractions to reduce complexity without limiting control

• Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience

• Help define architecture for future AI-native UI/UX patterns

• Collaborate closely with design and product and iterate quickly

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping full-stack applications

• Strong skills in React + TypeScript

• Backend depth in Node.js plus tRPC or Cloudflare Workers

• Understanding of distributed or real-time systems

• Experience designing APIs, databases, and data flows

• Builder mindset with end-to-end ownership

• Curiosity about creative tools, design systems, or AI interfaces
