Description

You will design, build, and maintain production-grade web applications, setting technical standards and guiding development to meet project milestones. The role emphasizes strong architectural thinking, code quality through reviews and static analysis, and documentation of design decisions for future-proof solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, maintain, and improve high-quality production-grade code

• Contribute to code quality using code reviews and static analysis/quality enforcement tools

• Lead with ownership, initiative, and a bias for action

• Drive scalable, maintainable architecture and strategic technical decisions

• Create and document software design concepts and decisions

• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and align on project goals

• Integrate end-user feedback into the development process

• Advocate clean code and DevOps culture with CI/CD practices

• Independently drive projects and solve complex technical challenges

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience in enterprise-grade applications

• Expertise in Angular 15+, Java 21, JavaScript, REST, and Spring Boot 3.x+

• Proficiency with IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Docker, MySQL 8, AWS, and Jenkins

• Experience with unit testing and integration testing

• Experience reviewing/validating/extending AI-assisted code (Claude, GitHub Copilot)

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Benefits

• Salary range: $140,000–$160,000 (full-time)
