Description

Manage multilateral and bilateral visits and coordinate daily operations supporting “Five Eye” (FVEY)/CCEB nations and mission partners. Oversee CCEB working group actions and lead development, ratification, and implementation of Allied Communications Publications (ACPs) supporting Combatant Commands, Services, and Agencies. Support interoperability-focused assessment of C4 technology changes and prepare discussion materials for senior leadership engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Joint Staff action officer and J6 Foreign Visit Coordinator, managing multilateral and bilateral visits to senior leadership at the Pentagon

• Coordinate with international and cross-service organizations supporting daily operations for FVEY/CCEB nations and mission partners

• Oversee actions, activities, and deliverables of CCEB working groups

• Act as U.S. Representative to the CCEB Allied Communications Publications (ACPs) Working Group; develop, ratify, and implement ACPs across Combatant Commands, Services, and Agencies

• Prepare information for senior leadership: discussion topics, information papers, talking points, and country background information

• Provide audience-appropriate, potentially sensitive technical information

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship

• Selective Service registration if male born after 12/31/1959

• Suitable for Federal employment after background investigation

• May be required to complete a probationary period

• Full-time role with occasional overtime; flexible tour of duty

• May require travel, including occasional trips up to two weeks to foreign countries

• Telework eligible situationally

• Obtain/maintain Special Sensitive (Top Secret/SCI) security clearance

• Transcript submission required (failure to provide transcripts may result in ineligibility)

• Qualifying specialized experience at GS-13 level and/or relevant education/training in communications/electronics/IT-related fields
