Description

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled applications and intelligent automation solutions. Build and integrate Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions using OpenAI, LLMs, and RAG, and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices. Ensure production-grade quality by automating AI workflows, integrating with enterprise systems, and improving AI performance, reliability, scalability, security, and responsible AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications

• Build and integrate Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions (OpenAI, LLMs, RAG)

• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices

• Implement prompt engineering, model orchestration, and AI workflow automation

• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI deployment and monitoring

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-powered solutions

• Optimize AI model performance, reliability, scalability, and security

• Ensure adherence to AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices

• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative/Agentic AI solutions

• Proficiency in Python, C# .NET, Java, or similar development technologies

• Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts, NLP, and LLM architectures

• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
