Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications and intelligent automation solutions. Build and integrate Generative AI/agentic AI solutions using OpenAI, LLMs, and RAG, and deliver scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices. Ensure AI model performance, reliability, scalability, security, and adherence to governance and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications

• Build and integrate Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions using OpenAI, LLMs, and RAG

• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices

• Implement prompt engineering, model orchestration, and AI workflow automation

• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI deployment and monitoring

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions

• Optimize AI model performance, reliability, scalability, and security

• Ensure adherence to AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices

• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to business processes

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience

• 5+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative/Agentic AI solutions

• Proficiency in Python, C#/.NET, Java, or similar development technologies

• Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts, NLP, and LLM architectures

• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
