  • Lead and collaborate on system design, delivery reviews, and cross-functional execution
  • Mentor engineers and influence technical direction
  • Design and build AI middleware (API gateways, wrappers, and secure tool/data access)
  • Use Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure access to tools, metadata, and content systems
  • Deploy and manage agentic workflows (e.g., LangGraph/LangChain) for tool execution, context routing, and decision logic

  • Integrate orchestration into media workflows (mastering, localization, delivery)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field)
  • 8+ years backend or systems engineering experience; at least 3 years building AI-powered or workflow-centric platforms
  • Deep proficiency in Java or Kotlin with strong testing, observability, and systems-at-scale knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and experience providing technical leadership across cross-functional teams
  • Production experience with AWS and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CDK, or similar
  • Experience building or integrating workflow engines, ideally in LLM/GenAI contexts

Benefits

  • 12-month contract with potential for full-time conversion
