Description

Lead end-to-end development of production AI solutions, including chatbots and agent workflows, powered by LLMs. Partner with clients to uncover goals and deliver tailored solutions aligned to business objectives. Build and maintain data pipelines, and continuously monitor and optimize system performance for correctness, security, scalability, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and maintain full-cycle AI products

• Work with customers to translate goals into LLM-powered solutions

• Create and maintain reliable data processing pipelines

• Monitor and optimize AI performance (correctness, security, scalability, compliance)

• Run exploratory research and fast prototypes to test feasibility and business value

• Stay current with the rapidly changing LLM landscape (models, frameworks, techniques)

Requirements

• Advanced Python skills, including experience with FastAPI or comparable web frameworks

• Understanding of the full lifecycle of AI-powered applications

• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms/APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Gemini) and tools like LangGraph and LlamaIndex

• Knowledge of AI integration approaches such as RAG and Agents

• Experience deploying AI systems in production

• Ability to assess generative AI output quality using retrieval/classification metrics and LLM-based evaluation

• Hands-on AI engineering and ML solution delivery

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

• Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
