Description

This is a greenfield opportunity to help build a brand-new AI engineering organization focused on delivering innovative AI solutions that enhance the advisor and client experience. The mission is to leverage AI, automation, advanced analytics, and large language models (LLMs) to solve business problems, streamline advisor workflows, reduce administrative overhead, and help advisors spend more time delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build AI and GenAI solutions using large language models to address real business needs

• Apply strong prompt engineering and prompt management practices

• Develop backend-heavy full stack capabilities, including API design and integration

• Design and run data pipelines and orchestration for AI-enabled applications

• Deploy and scale AI/ML solutions in production with secure, cloud-native architectures

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience

• Experience leveraging LLMs to solve business problems

• Strong prompt engineering, prompt management, and GenAI solution design

• Backend engineering experience (role is heavily backend-focused) with Java, Node.js, and/or Python

• API design, development, and integration expertise

• Data engineering experience with data pipelines, data stores, orchestration frameworks, and distributed systems

• Understanding of ML workflows and AI-enabled applications

• Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML solutions in production environments

• Cloud-native development experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments

• Knowledge of scalable system design and secure, enterprise-grade architecture
