Description

Design and implement AI-powered applications and services (including LLMs), integrating them with business systems while ensuring security, data protection, and regulatory compliance. Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimize model performance and total cost. Build CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps to automate deployment, monitoring, and standardized technical processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI applications and services using AI models (including LLMs), including business logic, integrations, and error handling

• Identify areas for automation and optimization using AI

• Integrate AI models with existing IT systems and business applications

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for delivered solutions

• Work with DevOps teams on deployment and monitoring automation

• Implement security, data protection, and regulatory compliance requirements with security, legal, and compliance teams

• Optimize performance and costs of AI solutions

• Document and standardize technical processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience

• Practical knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C#, or Java)

• Experience in designing and implementing services, APIs, integrations, and working with databases and automated tests

• Ability to work at the intersection of business and technology

• Participation in at least one real, user-used AI solution, with clearly defined contribution to code and architecture

• Practical use of AI tools or agents to refine requirements, plan changes, implement, create tests, and documentation; ability to verify generated code and include these tools in a repeatable controlled delivery process

• Knowledge of IT security topics and data processing in regulated environments

• Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities
