Description

You will design, develop, and maintain production AI and Generative AI applications, focused on LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents. The role includes building backend services and REST APIs, implementing AI quality evaluation and LLM monitoring, and collaborating with product teams to deliver and improve solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI/GenAI applications using Python
• Build LLM-based solutions with RAG and AI agents
• Implement agent workflows and integrations using LangChain, LangGraph (or similar)
• Create evaluation mechanisms, regression tests, and benchmarks for AI quality
• Develop backend services and REST APIs and integrate with business systems
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and monitoring of AI applications
• Work with product teams during rollout and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Senior-level experience: 5+ years in software engineering with Python
• Hands-on experience creating and deploying LLM-based applications
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and AI agents
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services (e.g., FastAPI)
• Experience with AI testing and quality evaluation, plus LLM monitoring
• Experience with SQL and structured/unstructured data
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD; strong software engineering best practices
• English at least B2
