Description

Lead the technical design, execution, and production deployment of flagship AI initiatives. You will own scalable ML architecture, build RAG and agentic workflows, and mentor engineering teams while translating business objectives into production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural ownership for core AI/ML systems and flagship platform capabilities

• Prototype advanced RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LLM fine-tuning, and model optimization

• Establish coding standards, testing methodologies, and responsible AI best practices (fairness, transparency, governance)

• Design, write, and maintain robust production code that is testable and well documented

• Build RAG systems, vector database integrations, and intelligent agents for complex financial datasets

• Communicate technical strategies effectively to technical teams and business leaders

Requirements

• Senior/lead engineering track record, including mentoring and guiding technical projects

• Deep expertise in Python and the ML/AI ecosystem; Java familiarity for enterprise middleware/integrations is a plus

• Expert understanding of LLM architectures, deep learning, NLP, and hands-on fine-tuning on domain-specific data

• Practical mastery of RAG, advanced prompt engineering, and agentic architecture design

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, vector databases, Redis, and Pub/Sub messaging

• Strong command of microservices, REST/gRPC API design, concurrency models, and observability

• Proficiency with Azure and/or GCP; containerization with Docker and Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Cloud Build, Jenkins)

• Strong commitment to engineering excellence with TDD/BDD and automated testing

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
