Description

The Program Manager III provides senior-level operational, administrative, and program management support to Facilities Management leadership. You will coordinate departmental priorities, strategic initiatives, and enterprise programs to ensure alignment and execution, including executive support through calendars, meetings, action items, and leadership materials. You will also lead operational improvement efforts and oversee departmental information management, including maintaining the FM SharePoint environment and document governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support to Facilities Management leadership
• Coordinate departmental priorities, strategic initiatives, and enterprise programs
• Support leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, action item tracking, and executive communications
• Develop presentations, reports, and materials for leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Lead and support operational improvement initiatives and departmental planning
• Manage cross-functional projects to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Oversee departmental information management (FM SharePoint environment and document governance)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of recent relevant experience
• Familiarity with California building approval processes (OSHPD, SFM, municipal discretionary approvals)
• Familiarity with healthcare construction building codes and regulations, space programming, allocation cost analysis, and contract negotiation
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, manage multiple interests, and resolve conflicts
