Description

Work on facility management applications by handling incidents and requests in the ITSM system, supporting application operations (including maintenance), and taking ownership of lifecycle tasks. You will also support the business area in collecting and clearly describing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process incidents and requests in an ITSM system and resolve errors together with infrastructure
• Support application operations, including maintenance tasks
• Own lifecycle activities
• Help the business area capture and clearly communicate requirements

Requirements

• Knowledge of Azure
• Experience with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Confident handling of Windows operating systems
• Basic knowledge of networking and hardware
• First experience in project leadership
• ITIL knowledge
• Fluent German
