Description

As a Group Product Manager on the AI Foundations team, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for core AI building blocks used across the organization. The team covers the LLM Gateway, model selection, MCPs, knowledge and context primitives, evaluations, and additional AI infrastructure that powers autonomous and assisted AI experiences. You will define how AI capabilities are built, governed, and scaled—turning foundational primitives into reliable, secure, high-leverage tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape a multi-year vision for AI platform capabilities, identifying emerging technologies and architecture investment priorities

• Own end-to-end roadmap and success metrics for AI Foundations (model infrastructure, context/knowledge primitives, integration frameworks, evaluation systems)

• Drive adoption of AI primitives across product and engineering teams via self-serve capabilities, documentation, and internal developer experiences

• Lead model governance strategy, including evaluation, integration, and management across cost, quality, latency, and safety

• Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Finance to meet standards for reliability, compliance, and responsible use

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years focused on AI/ML platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure products used by internal engineering teams

• Proven track record defining and shipping platform primitives or developer-facing products with broad internal or external adoption

• Deep technical fluency in LLM architectures, model serving, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and agent-based systems

• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, security, legal, and finance in a fast-moving, regulated environment

• Demonstrated ability to build conviction with senior/executive stakeholders around ambiguous, high-stakes platform bets

• Experience using generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
