Description

Join an empowered product team to own business outcomes for key areas within ERP products. You will research customer problems, define OKRs, and validate business hypotheses with prototypes before investing in development. Work closely with Product Design and Tech leadership while using AI/LLM tools as natural support in day-to-day product discovery and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes by defining problems to solve and success metrics (OKRs)

• Run continuous product discovery: user research, market data analysis, and hypothesis validation through prototypes

• Collaborate as an equal partner with Product Designer and Tech Lead on key technical-product decisions

• Create and communicate a coherent product vision for your area

• Manage stakeholders (sales, implementations, finance, partners) using evidence and results

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Product Manager experience in a software company within an empowered product team with responsibility for business results

• Deep business domain knowledge (e.g., finance, accounting, trade, production, HR) or proven ability to quickly learn it through market contact

• Understanding of ERP/SaaS system architecture at a level enabling cost-vs-value estimation with engineering

• Practical experience with discovery and prototyping tools, including Figma, A/B testing, usability testing, and feature flags

• Ability to use AI/LLM tools in everyday product work (experience with AI-based products is a plus)

• Data-driven decision-making and strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority

• Polish fluent and English min. B2/C1
