Description

You will define the vision and direction for digital products powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models, including identifying where AI delivers real business value.

You will prioritize the product backlog with input from users, business goals, and technical feasibility, and collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, and business stakeholders to plan and launch new features.

You will monitor product performance using data, metrics, and user feedback, make decisions to validate new initiatives, and support production rollout of AI products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap direction for Generative AI/LLM products
• Identify and validate business-value use cases for AI
• Prioritize backlog based on user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, and business stakeholders on planning and delivery
• Monitor product effectiveness using metrics and user feedback
• Decide on product direction, implementation scope, and validation of new initiatives
• Support deployment of AI products into production environments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar
• Experience developing and maintaining end-user digital products
• Practical experience in Generative AI, LLM, or AI-based solution projects
• Ability to run product discovery, validate hypotheses, and set business priorities
• Experience using product metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations (answer quality, costs, and safety)
• Ability to work with cross-functional engineering and business teams
• Very good English skills for an international environment
