Description

You’ll turn ambiguous, high-stakes client goals into AI-native products that deliver measurable value. The role is client-facing and hands-on: you prototype solutions, shape the problem statement and success criteria, and lead delivery so nothing is lost in handover. You’ll also facilitate workshops, build the ROI case, and drive adoption in real environments.

Responsibilities

• Prototype working AI solutions and demos using modern tooling for fast value validation
• Own the client relationship as the day-to-day partner and main point of contact
• Translate vague goals into a sharp problem statement, solution direction, and clear success definition
• Lead shaping during pre-sales and continue into delivery to ensure continuity
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders and add clarity when briefs are fuzzy
• Build the business case and ROI story to enable confident client investment
• Drive rollout and change management so the solution is actually used; feed lessons back into delivery

Requirements

• Hands-on AI prototyping using current toolsets (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, app builders like v0/Lovable/Replit, and agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio)
• Delivered AI agents or AI-native features into production and real client usage
• Customer-facing, high-stakes experience leading cross-stakeholder alignment with unclear paths
• ~5+ years in product or consulting (track record prioritized over titles)
• Domain depth in at least one industry (Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, Travel & Hospitality)
• 0→1 product and value mindset under ambiguity
• GenAI fluency: LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and MCP (enough to make good calls)
• Strong communication and structuring skills to move from exec whiteboarding to engineering-ready briefs
• Bias for action with ability to build quickly and run demos/workshops on short notice
