Description

Own AI/ML Epics and features—primarily for Generative AI use cases such as AI agents, assistants, and small custom applications that replace manual processes. Translate business needs into clear value, scope, and success criteria; prioritize and manage the backlog in Azure DevOps. Lead agile delivery coordination with Tech Leads, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers, and drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• AI/ML Epic ownership and discovery: take over existing Epics, create new ones, and maintain a prioritized backlog (including an evolving prioritization framework).

• Business stakeholder partnership: run workshops to uncover real needs, challenge vague ideas, and define success criteria and how to measure outcomes.

• Delivery coordination and value realization: run agile ceremonies and coordinate execution; monitor risks/dependencies/blockers; focus on adoption and measurable business value.

Requirements

• Senior experience in backlog ownership, prioritization, and delivery coordination with feature-level backlog management and strong command of Agile/DevOps practices

• Hands-on experience driving AI/ML initiatives, including discovery with business stakeholders and translating needs into actionable Epics/Features

• Experience with Generative AI (AI agents/assistants) and enterprise AI platforms such as Databricks

• Understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle from experimentation through productionization to adoption

• Fluent English

• Based in or near Prague and willing to work in a hybrid model

• Eligibility to work in the Czech Republic (EU citizenship, residence permit, visa, etc.) and Czech tax residency
