Description

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. You will conduct histories and physicals, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and document care. You’ll also collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support well-coordinated patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care under physician supervision
• Take patient histories and perform physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Prescribe medications
• Perform procedures as authorized by state regulations and supervising physician
• Educate and counsel patients on preventive care and health management
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
• Keep current with medical advancements through continuing education

Requirements

• MPAS degree from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered PA license in Wisconsin
• NCCPA national certification
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in the specialty preferred
