Description

You’ll investigate and troubleshoot software-related issues using system logs, diagnostic tools, and test environments. You’ll support customers and integration partners working with software interfaces, APIs, and development tools, analyze and reproduce reported issues, and collaborate with R&D to implement solutions. You’ll also assist with robot connectivity, networking, and integration into industrial systems and customer applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software issues using logs, diagnostic tools, and test environments
• Support customers and integration partners using software interfaces, APIs, and development tools
• Analyze and reproduce issues; write simple test scripts; collaborate with R&D
• Assist with robot connectivity, networking, and industrial system integration
• Test new software features, validate fixes, and contribute to technical documentation
• Share technical knowledge through consultations, training, and occasional on-site visits

Requirements

• Technical education or equivalent practical experience (computer science, software engineering, automation, robotics, or related)
• Hands-on programming experience in at least one language (preferably Python or C++)
• Ability to read existing code and write simple scripts/test applications independently
• Basic understanding of software APIs and how systems communicate
• Familiarity with Linux and fundamental computer networking concepts
• Analytical, structured approach to troubleshooting and root-cause identification
• Independence, good communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
• Good written and spoken English for everyday technical communication with international teams/customers
