Description

You will design, build, and implement production AI and automation solutions based on defined business requirements—from technical concept through go-live. The work focuses on measurable results such as reduced manual effort and faster business processes, leveraging a shared data layer and runtime environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and deploy AI and automation solutions from technical concept to production rollout

• Use a shared data layer and runtime environment to build solutions that support and automate business processes

• Prepare test datasets; validate AI solution quality and effectiveness (including statistically evaluated correctness); run tests and acceptance before deployment

• Create technical documentation and operational instructions (runbooks), onboard users, and hand over solutions for ongoing maintenance

• Implement automated measurement of solution impact and improve quality, costs, and exception volume

• Identify work that should be simplified or eliminated rather than automated, and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience building production solutions using Python or another programming language

• At least two solutions delivered to production and used by business users

• Practical experience with LLMs, including answer quality control, edge cases handling, and cost optimization

• Experience automating document processing, transactional data, or correspondence

• SQL skills sufficient for independent work with transactional data

• Experience integrating systems via APIs and exchanging data through files

• Ability to design and prepare test datasets to assess solution quality

• English proficiency enabling comfortable use of technical documentation
