Description

You will verify business requirements for completeness, consistency, and technical feasibility, then translate them into system, integration, and non-functional requirements. You will lead system and integration analyses, describe system logic (algorithms, validations, business rules, edge cases), model data/entities/relationships, and prepare integration specifications including API contracts and Kafka message structures. You will also define error handling, retries, timeouts, logging/monitoring, security/data integrity/availability/SLA/performance/backup and infrastructure requirements, and support solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical/system and integration requirements

• Lead system and integration analysis as part of solution design with business and technical stakeholders

• Describe system logic, algorithms, validations, business rules, and edge cases

• Model data, entities, relationships, and logical data models

• Identify source systems and data owners; verify availability of required data

• Prepare integration specifications: API contracts, Kafka message structures, and field mappings

• Define error handling, retries, timeouts, logging, and monitoring approach

• Define security, data integrity, availability, SLA, performance, backup, and infrastructure requirements

• Cooperate with the Architect on assumptions, technology choices, decomposition, and effort estimation

• Support development and testing teams during implementation and tests

• Create and maintain system and integration documentation

• Analyze and design solutions involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, and integrations

• Work with data owners and DataOps on data quality, completeness, and consistency

• Participate in defining Data Governance rules, data dictionaries, and data management standards

• Analyze customer data flows used by CRM, campaign platforms, and Customer 360 solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience independently conducting system or integration analysis

• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Enterprise Architect

• Knowledge of REST API and SOAP (HTTP methods, request/response structures, JSON/XML)

• Practical knowledge of Swagger UI, Swagger Editor and OpenAPI

• Ability to use Postman, SoapUI, Kafka UI or similar tools

• Basic programming knowledge (Python/Java/C# or similar) to understand business logic in code

• Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integrations and Apache Kafka

• Basic integration patterns and integration architectures

• Ability to model processes using UML or BPMN

• Basic knowledge of relational database design, SQL, and data/relationship modeling

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform projects

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, data model and permission model

• Experience analyzing data quality, completeness and consistency

• Practical use of AI/Copilot tools for system analysis, including dependency analysis and identifying gaps/inconsistencies

• Knowledge and application of security/data protection principles when using AI tools

• Higher education in IT or related field

• Independence, analytical thinking, accuracy, and good work organization

• Ability to propose implementation variants

• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams

• English at least B2
