Description

You will lead the company’s business and technology organization as a Management Board member, owning technology strategy, the engineering organization, and transformation. You will define and execute business and technology strategy with leadership and international stakeholders, translate business goals into a scalable technology roadmap, and drive organizational and technology transformation. You will ensure scalability, security, reliability, and long-term platform and architecture development while building leadership teams and technology governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s strategic, operational, and financial development as part of the Management Board.

• Define and execute business and technology strategy with leadership and international stakeholders.

• Lead the technology organization, including Software Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure.

• Translate business objectives into a scalable technology roadmap and clear organizational priorities.

• Drive organizational and technology transformation to improve delivery, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and long-term development of platforms and architecture.

• Build and develop leadership teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engineering excellence.

• Oversee technology budgets, infrastructure costs, external vendors, and strategic investments.

• Ensure effective technology governance, including cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity.

• Represent the company and act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders in an international environment.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in a software company, product organization, or complex technology environment.

• Experience as Managing Director, CTO, VP of Engineering, Technology Director, or similar executive role.

• Strong technical background in software engineering and platform architecture.

• Proven ability to connect business priorities with technology strategy and execution.

• Strong understanding of software engineering, system architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and cybersecurity.

• Experience leading organizational and/or technology transformation.

• Strong business and financial acumen, including budget and vendor management.

• Proven success building and developing high-performing teams and technology leaders.

• Experience working with international and geographically distributed stakeholders.

• Pragmatic leadership style with strong strategic thinking and execution.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Fluency in Polish and English.

• Willingness to travel for ~20% of working time.
