Description

Lead the creation and execution of the Group’s IT strategy and technology development roadmap. You will manage and develop the IT organization, oversee the technology project portfolio and IT budget, and optimize IT maturity across structure, processes, competencies, and governance. You’ll also drive improvements using automation, digitalization, BI, data, and AI—while ensuring ERP, integrations, system architecture, and end-to-end IT cybersecurity and continuity risk management.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement Group IT strategy and technology development

• Lead and develop the IT team; build a culture of accountability and collaboration

• Manage technology project portfolio, priorities, and IT budget

• Assess IT organization maturity and optimize structure, processes, competencies, and management model

• Identify technology opportunities to improve business processes and initiate automation, digitization, BI, data, and AI solutions with process owners

• Develop the ERP environment, business applications, integrations, and system architecture

• Oversee IT cybersecurity, operational continuity, and IT risk management

• Manage key technology vendors and partners

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Board regarding technology strategy, IT development, and Group digital transformation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership/director roles managing teams, budget, and technology projects

• Experience managing IT in a manufacturing or industrial enterprise

• Experience creating and executing an IT strategy and leading organizational/technology change

• Practical knowledge of ERP, business applications, integrations, and IT system architecture

• Managerial maturity, decisiveness, and ability to build engaged teams

• Very good communication skills and experience working with the Board and senior management

• Strategic and critical thinking with ability to identify root causes and provide independent recommendations

• English proficiency at least B2
