Description

You will own end-to-end IT leadership, driving digital transformation and innovation across DevOps, architecture, CRM, security, and AI. You will manage the IT budget, negotiate with vendors, and collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to improve how IT enables business growth. You will also optimize IT processes across planning, delivery management, and security while participating in management discussions.

Responsibilities

• Define the company’s technological direction across digitalization, DevOps, architecture, CRM, security, and AI
• Manage the IT budget and negotiate with all vendors
• Participate in management and help shape the company’s future direction
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product (IT as a business partner)
• Work closely with the shareholder and the ČSOB group
• Optimize IT processes: capacity planning, delivery management, and security

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience across IT areas
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Strategic thinking and desire for innovation, with emphasis on AI
• Ownership and drive to move initiatives forward
• English at least B2
• Communication and negotiation skills; ability to lead and motivate people
