Description

• Responsible for product delivery.

• Coordinates the work of multiple Scrum teams in an international project.

• Synchronizes and prioritizes the backlog.

• Supports teams in applying the Scrum methodology and facilitates Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective).

• Creates reports, dashboards, and analyses in Jira and Confluence to track progress.

• Supports the Release Manager in planning and executing releases.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Experience delivering IT projects in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence (reports, dashboards, analyses).

• Fluent English in speech and writing.

• Ability to plan team work, prioritize the backlog, and coordinate dependencies.
