Description

This role focuses on supporting real Sprint delivery for a central product team within a major B2B technology transformation. You will actively monitor progress, remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate closely with the Product Owner and developers. The position goes beyond facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement

• Support the team in achieving Sprint goals

• Monitor delivery continuously and ensure progress transparency

• Proactively identify and remove blockers; manage risks and dependencies

• Collaborate with the Product Owner on priorities, Sprint goals, backlog preparation, and upcoming iterations

• Ensure backlog quality, freshness, and proper organization

• Perform daily practical work using Jira and Confluence

• Support effective collaboration between Product Owner, developers, and stakeholders

• Initiate improvements to the team’s way of working and ensure agreed actions are carried out

• Coordinate work in an international and distributed environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role

• Very good practical knowledge of Scrum/Agile in software development

• Experience working with development teams and Product Owners

• Practical experience with Sprint delivery, backlog refinement, and blocker/risk/dependency management

• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Comfort working with technical teams and understanding software delivery processes

• Experience with international and distributed teams

• Proactive, pragmatic, strongly delivery-oriented approach

• Very good communication skills and stakeholder management

• Fluent English
