Description

The Agile Coach supports teams in improving planning, delivery, and product outcomes within a product-oriented operating model. You will analyze the software delivery process, identify sources of delays, waste, and inefficiencies, and implement improvements that increase predictability, quality, and workflow. You will collaborate with technology leaders and product roles to solve cross-team problems and standardize key practices.

Responsibilities

• Support software development teams in improving how they plan, execute, and deliver products

• Analyze the software delivery process to find sources of delays, losses, and inefficiencies

• Implement improvements to increase predictability, quality, and work flow

• Partner with technology leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to resolve issues beyond single teams

• Standardize selected practices for planning, dependency management, and product delivery

• Help the organization scale effective ways of working across multiple teams

• Cooperate with architecture, security, and operations to remove systemic limitations of the software delivery process

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar role in at least two organizations

• Experience working with teams that build software

• Very good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Ability to identify and resolve organizational problems in complex environments

• Experience with flow and delivery metrics: Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Predictability, WIP

• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban practices and scaling approaches for multiple teams

• Knowledge of engineering practices that support delivery quality and predictability

• Ability to run workshops and moderate group work
