Description

Own the end-to-end product journey from concept to launch for a next-generation crypto wallet and banking app, then scale it. You will make and defend product decisions, priorities, and trade-offs while building the team and working closely with key stakeholders. This is a hands-on role with AI-first development and fast iteration from day one.

Responsibilities

• Take the product from concept to launch: shape the vision, ship it, then grow and scale
• Build the team you need and influence how the product organization takes shape
• Own product decisions, priorities, and trade-offs
• Work directly with key stakeholders and business leadership
• Drive AI-first development and prototype/ship with AI embedded in the workflow
• See measurable impact quickly (days, not quarters)

Requirements

• Hands-on crypto and fintech experience
• Working knowledge of crypto, web3, or stablecoin-based financial solutions
• Solid understanding of dApps and integrating them into a wallet product
• Proven experience building products from scratch
• Experience shipping products in a startup environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Experience leading a development team
• Strong AI fluency (AI-first development, “vibe coding”)
• High ownership and excellent communication skills
• English at C1 level
