• Work mode: Hybrid (Wrocław office a few times/month preferred) or 100% Remote

Description

Own the product vision and roadmap for a central Data Platform to enable scalable, high-quality data and analytics for global e-commerce. You’ll bridge business strategy with modern data engineering and machine learning, translating stakeholders’ needs into technical data requirements and delivering value via Agile execution. You will also drive adoption of modern cloud lakehouse practices (e.g., Databricks) with strong focus on data quality, accessibility, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Shape, maintain, and execute the product vision for the Data Platform aligned to core business goals

• Prioritize and manage the platform backlog to deliver high-value features in an iterative Agile environment

• Collaborate with ML engineers, Business Analysts, and fellow Product Owners to convert business needs into data requirements

• Promote modern cloud data practices (Cloud Lakehouse/Databricks), ensuring data excellence, accessibility, and governance

• Act as the primary stakeholder partner for data products, architecture scaling, and platform evolution

• Balance immediate operational demands with long-term data architecture scalability

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Owner role with a strong focus on Data Platforms, Data Engineering, or Analytics products

• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, data flow, and modern enterprise data architecture

• Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and tools like Jira and Confluence

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) for technical and business audiences

• Proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
