Role: Product Owner (Agentic AI & Digital Transformation)

Location: Hybrid work in Warsaw

Compensation: Up to 180 PLN net/day (B2B), depending on experience and competencies

Description

Lead the creation and evolution of SDLC/PDLC process transformation strategy and the future operating model, with a focus on agentic AI and process automation. You will manage the roadmap and backlog for AI/automation initiatives, coordinate pilots, implementations, and scaling, and evaluate outcomes through KPIs for quality, productivity, and cost. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Architecture, DevSecOps, AI Platform teams, and business stakeholders to define collaboration standards and optimize IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop SDLC/PDLC transformation strategy for processes
• Analyze current processes and design future operating models
• Manage roadmap and backlog for AI and automation initiatives
• Identify and implement IT process optimization opportunities
• Coordinate pilots, rollouts, and scaling of new solutions
• Define collaboration standards between teams and AI tools
• Monitor KPIs and assess the impact on quality, productivity, and costs
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, DevSecOps, AI Platform, and business

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, managing IT processes, or organizational IT transformation
• Experience designing and optimizing technology processes
• Solid knowledge of SDLC/PDLC, Agile, and software engineering practices
• Ability to manage change, roadmap, and business priorities
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLM, and process automation
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to define effectiveness metrics and analyze results
• Very good communication skills and strong English proficiency
