Description

Lead Product Manager responsible for building the next generation AI fitness platform that delivers personalized user experiences and integrates with fitness devices and wearable technology. You will create PRDs and product requirements, translate the AI/personalization vision into concrete features and user experiences, and drive user engagement outcomes. The role also focuses on day-to-day user experience areas and key product interface components.

Responsibilities

• Create PRDs and product requirements, define the scope of work and acceptance criteria, and prioritize task delivery order

• Own product mechanisms that influence user retention, including diagnosing drops in user activity

• Translate the Head of Product’s AI and personalization vision into specific functionalities and user experiences

• Own outcomes related to user activity and set goals together with the Head of Product

• Own daily user experience and key areas of the product interface

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of product management experience

• Experience creating clear, precise product requirements and managing a roadmap with a distributed engineering team in another time zone

• Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, Content, and Retention teams (without direct budget or roadmap ownership)

• Experience with production forecasting, user experience, and defining the global product role

• Advanced English proficiency (C1)

• Experience designing and running A/B tests
